*公司得於通過特別決議後，指派超過15位董事，且須至少有一位女性董事（2014年公司法第3條（董事的任命與資格）
**依據公司法規定，外國公司設立 LO/BO/PO 者需指派一位擁有 PAN 之印度居民以便接受當地相關訊息
